The Journey
It started with a few fabrics
And just a little jewelry
And then one day, I happened upon this huge stash for a price you won't believe!
Now all the fabric that I could ever need or ask for!
Work in progress.....
There were flowers everywhere in my house! These were on the lamp on my nightstand!
And this was the day I finally finished! Valentine's day 2013!
But it didn't end here, along the way, I came across the most inspiring women!!!! Here's a set I made for two women who inspired me in a way that words cannot express. I'll share the story one day on the main blog, but for now, I'll just show you what I was inspired to make.
My vision for Petale has always been bold and extravagant. Not for the faint of heart! I have found myself holding back in my boldness and extravagance, but for this particular project, I was working with an artist. I knew she could 'contain' all of me, so I didn't hold back. I am so proud of this particular collection!
And there are my feet!
